The Supreme Court ordererd government authorities to appear in court on September 21 for a hearing on selection of students for Medical Education-such as MBBS, BDS. Ram Binay Sah,34, of Tarapatti VDC, Djanusha, near Janakpur, had challenged the enrollment system that bars persons aged above 25 years from pursuing mediacal education in the country.
